If your system is running slow, acting wierd and glitchy, or you have a really nasty virus, the best way to fix it is with a clean install of the OS(Operating System.)  We reinstall the OS and run all the major updates, including service packs, so you get your system back ready to take on the world wide web again with no issues.  We also offer complimentary software with this service as well as a optional, but complimentary file backup.


Virus/Malware removal  -  $39.99
Your system acting wierd or you have software that randomly installed itself?  You probably have a case of Malware or a potential Virus.  Some are able to be removed with little to no fuss and wont cause any damage to the OS.  If there is OS damage or the Virus/Malware cannot be removed, a OS INSTALL will be required to fix the system.


Laptop hardware service  -  $79.99 + Parts
Sometimes, parts go bad.  A fan, a hard drive, RAM, LCD displays.  These are all repairable parts in a laptop and the laptop can be saved.  Our labor rate on laptop repair is flat, not by the hour.  Labor is $79.99, plus the cost of whatever part/parts need replaced.


Desktop/Tower hardware service  -  $49.99 + Parts
Sometimes, parts go bad. A fan, a hard drive, RAM, CPU, motherboard, add-in cards, optical drives. These are all repairable parts in a desktop/tower and the desktop/tower can be saved. Our labor rate on desktop/tower repair is flat, not by the hour. Labor is $49.99, plus the cost of whatever part/parts need replaced.


Solder work of any kind  -  $99.99
Any soldering work required(minus surface mount soldering) is $99.99 + parts(if needed)  Be it a laptop power jack or a VGA jack on a video card, we can solder it.


Hardware upgrades
All hardware upgrades will priced accordingly per part and upgrade.


Custom PC building  -  $200 + Parts
All custom PCs are built to your specifications.  If you are unsure of what you need, then give us an idea as to what you intend on using the PC for, and we will help you figure out what kind of hardware you need.  All systems are ready and available for pickup within 5-7 business days from payment for the system.  Your choice of OS: the latest version of Windows(Currently Windows 7) or the latest version of Ubuntu.

iPhone/iPod Touch digitizer or battery replacement  -  $150
We will replace the Digitizer(the front glass touch screen) on your iPhone or iPod touch for $150(parts and labor included.)  Parts will need to be shipped in for these repairs, and ship time is normally 3-5 days. **This does not include the iPod Touch 4th Gen, iPhone 4, and iPhone 4S Digitizer**

Digital security surveillance systems  -  starting at $950
Security is everything.  Businesses, homes, garages.  This day and age, you cant be too safe, and we know just how to catch the bad guys in the act.  Our 4 camera DVR system is perfect to monitor your home, business, or the car in the driveway.  Estimates are $25 for any camera install, and Installation is always included with our estimates.  Our 4 Camera DVR systems start at $950 installed, and go up from there if more cameras are needed.  Our camera systems come with a display, DVR box, remote, and cameras.

I didn't think I could play games on my low end emachines computer, but I tried World of Tanks anyway. It played, but the framerate was very slow, around 5 fps. So I took my computer to Dayton Metro PC. They looked over my computer and gave me some options that would work. I chose a graphics card and a faster processor. It was all very reasonably priced. I got the computer back, and the game runs at an easy 75 fps with graphics turned up higher. It is so much better. I am very impressed with the knowledge of the staff, they knew exactly what would work with my computer. I've had it back for over a week, and it is working flawlessly, and not overheating or anything.
